Neumann Developments is a medium size land development company with property interests on the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and in northern NSW. We have a small team of experienced staff that specialises in the development of residential and industrial estates from acquisition to securing approvals, coordinating construction and then marketing and sale of the land.

Border North

Border North is the final stage of development in Currumbin Park. The 10.6 Ha parcel of land has approvals for medium density construction over 11 precincts. Precincts 1(detached residence) and Precinct 4 (13 x townhouses) were built out in 2008/9 and Precinct 2 comprising 8 x detached villas was completed in April 2011 and now selling.
