Neumann Developments is part of the Neumann Group. The company is a medium size land development company with interests primarly on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast in Queensland and also in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. The business specialises in the development of residential and industrial estates.

We have a small team of specialised staff with experience in planning estates, securing approvals, coordinating construction and the marketing and disposal of product. We secure sites for development by conventional aquisition or joint venture agreements. We produce land, house and land packages and industrial premises in conjunction with local builders.

Project Management

Neumann Developments has been Project Managing developments since the company’s inception in the early 1980's. We have been responsible for preparation of feasibilities, negotiation of joint ventures and acquisitions, securing approvals, coordinating construction, marketing and disposal of product.
